The Obsidian Tether is made of 8mm custom rope made for Wild Line Ropes by AtwoodRopeMFG. This rope is constructed of a Nylon blend sheath and Dyneema 12-strand core. This Tether features the WLR hitch made of 3/16 Technora. No pricey hand ascender needed with this setup. The WLR hitch will give you the ease of one handed operation.
