You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. Shipping carriers insure packages up to $100. If your order is over $100, you may wish to purchase shipping insurance, which can be added on at check-out. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING/REPLACING UNINSURED ITEMS LOST IN SHIPPING!
Due to the frequency of packages lost by USPS, we are not offering their shipping service at this time. We ship mainly through UPS, and may use FedEx.
Returns/exchanges will be accepted for items in the original, unopened product packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and may ship using the carrier of their choice. Please notify us of sending a return and provide a tracking number. The refund will be issued when the returned product is received.
If you receive the wrong product, we will refund/exchange the product and cover shipping. We ask that you do not use the product if you are returning for an exchange or refund.
